Steam Heating Vulcanization Autoclave
This equipment takes steam generated by boilers or electric heating tubes as heat source. It indirectly heats the air inside the tank or directly injects steam to create a hot and humid environment for product vulcanization.Features

- Fast temperature rise speed; the hot and humid environment enables uniform vulcanization of rubber products;

HEATING EVENLY
Vulcanization autoclaves with different heating modes all deliver uniform heating performance. Matched with an integrated high-temperature and high-pressure fan, high-temperature air circulates moderately back and forth inside the tank through air duct plates to spread heat evenly, eliminating temperature dead zones in the autoclave.
HIGH DEGREE OF AUTOMATION
Equipped with intelligent digital temperature controllers, pressure sensors and other components, the vulcanization autoclave precisely regulates temperature, pressure and vulcanization duration. It supports staged programs of temperature rise, heat preservation and vulcanization tailored to the vulcanization processes of different products, and multiple sets of vulcanization process parameters can be stored.
HIGH SAFETY
A full set of safety interlock devices is installed, including automatic pressure safety interlock, manual safety interlock, overpressure alarm, automatic safety valve, automatic pressure control and manual exhaust valve. The tank door remains locked as long as internal pressure exists during operation, completely eliminating safety hazards caused by misoperation.
