Intelligent Automatic Control System

Vulcanization autoclaves are generally equipped with an intelligent automatic control system. Temperature sensors collect real-time temperature data inside the tank and transmit it to the control cabinet for display and processing. The system can automatically adjust heating and heat preservation status according to preset temperature ranges to ensure accurate and stable internal temperature.

When the temperature is lower than the set value, the heating valve will open automatically; when the temperature reaches the set value, the heating valve will close automatically, realizing energy-saving and efficient heat retention.

Sealing Design

The tank mouth and sealing ring of the vulcanization autoclave adopt dedicated sealing structures such as enclosed rubber sealing rings. It isolates internal air from the external atmosphere and reduces heat exchange and heat loss.

Double-layer External Thermal Insulation

Some vulcanization autoclaves adopt a double-layer external insulation design, with two layers of thermal insulation materials wrapped on the outside of the tank body. This design further enhances heat preservation effect, reduces heat loss and cuts energy consumption.

Electric Heating Vulcanization Autoclave

It is a piece of equipment that supplies thermal energy for vulcanization of rubber, silicone and other products through direct or indirect heating by electric heating elements such as electric heating tubes.

HEATING EVENLY

Matched with an integrated high-temperature & high-pressure fan, high-temperature air circulates moderately back and forth inside the tank via air duct plates to spread heat evenly, eliminating temperature dead zones in the whole chamber.

HIGH DEGREE OF AUTOMATION

Equipped with intelligent digital temperature controllers and pressure sensors, vulcanization autoclaves precisely regulate temperature, pressure and vulcanization duration. Staged programs including temperature rise, heat preservation and vulcanization can be set separately to match the vulcanization technology of different products, and multiple sets of vulcanization process parameters are storable.

HIGH SAFETY

Multiple safety interlock devices are installed, including automatic pressure safety interlock, manual safety interlock, overpressure alarm, automatic safety valve, automatic pressure control and manual exhaust valve. The tank door remains locked tightly if any internal pressure exists during operation, completely eliminating safety hazards caused by misoperation.
