Structural Composition of Wood Impregnation Autoclave

  • Tank Body

    Welded from steel plates, it features excellent sealing performance and pressure-bearing capacity to withstand vacuum and pressure generated during impregnation.

  • Vacuum System

    Composed of vacuum pumps, vacuum gauges and other components. It creates a vacuum environment inside the tank to extract air from timber and facilitate penetration of impregnating liquid.

  • Pressure System

    Consists of compressors, pressure gauges, safety valves, etc. It regulates internal tank pressure and forces impregnating liquid deep into wood under pressure.

  • Heating System

    Adopts electric heating or steam heating to provide required temperature for impregnation and accelerate chemical reactions between liquid and timber.

  • Control System

    Integrates temperature, pressure and vacuum degree control modules to ensure stable impregnation procedures in accordance with preset process parameters.

  • Loading & Unloading System

    Transports untreated and finished timber, including tank doors, transfer trolleys, material carts and other accessories.

  • Liquid Intake & Discharge System

    Responsible for pumping preservative liquid in and draining residual liquid after processing, enabling even distribution of impregnating liquid throughout the tank.

IMPROVE WOOD PERFORMANCE

By adjusting the composition of impregnating liquid and processing technology, the density and hardness of wood can be modified as required. The optimized wood boasts superior density, hardness, bending strength and other properties compared with raw timber, while retaining the natural inherent characteristics of wood. It improves the service performance and extends the service life of wood products.

GOOD IMPREGNATION EFFECT

It adopts vacuum-pressure impregnation technology. The tank is first evacuated to extract air trapped inside wood, then impregnating liquid is drawn in by releasing vacuum. Afterwards, pressure is applied to force the liquid deep into wood. The impregnating liquid fully penetrates the cellular structure of timber, ensuring uniform permeation both inside and outside the wood.

The wood impregnation autoclave is designed for recycling of preservative liquid, which reduces chemical waste and environmental pollution while cutting production costs.
