Operating principle of side-spray sterilizer
Keep an appropriate amount of water at the bottom of the autoclave. If required, this water can be automatically injected at the beginning of the temperature rise. For the hot filled product, this part of water can be preheated in the hot water tank and then injected. During the whole sterilization process, this part of water can be sprayed on the product in mist form through the large-flow pump and the four-direction spray nozzle on each product tray, so as to achieve the same effect at the upper and lower layers, front, rear, left and right tray positions, and achieve the ideal heating and sterilization quality. Precise, uniform and thorough hot water diffusion at the center of each tray due to clear nozzle orientation. Minimize temperature differentials in the process tank of the large autoclave to an ideal system.
For the tubular heat exchanger configured for the sterilization kettle, the process water in the kettle passes through one side and the steam and cooling water passes through the other side during the heating and cooling stages, so that the sterilized product will not be directly contacted with the steam and cooling water, achieving aseptic heating and cooling.
During the whole process, the pressure inside the sterilization kettle is controlled by the program through the automatic valve to feed or discharge the compressed air from the sterilization kettle. Due to the water spray sterilization, the pressure in the kettle is not affected by the temperature, so the pressure can be set freely according to the packaging of different products, making the equipment more widely used (three-piece can, two-piece can, flexible packaging bag, glass bottle, plastic packaging, etc. adapt at the same time).
When sterilization is finished, an alarm signal will be given. At this time, open the door and discharge. The next batch is then prepared for sterilization.
The temperature distribution uniformity in the kettle body is+/- 0.5 ℃, and the pressure is controlled at 0.05Bar.

Product packaging with high cleanliness
Indirect heating and cooling by the heat exchanger make the steam and cooling water not contact with the process water, the impurities in the steam and cooling water will not be brought to the sterilization kettle, the secondary pollution of the product is avoided, the water treatment chemical agent is not required (no chlorination is required), and the service life of the heat exchanger is also greatly extended.
