Description
Operating principle of saturated steam sterilizer
Put the product basket into the sterilization kettle and close the kettle door. Then the kettle door is ensured by triple safety interlock. The doors are mechanically locked throughout the sterilization process.
The sterilization process is automatically performed according to the recipe input to the microprocessor controller PLC.
At the beginning, it enters the steam through the steam diffusion tube in the autoclave, and the air is discharged through the exhaust port. When the predetermined exhaust temperature and time are reached, it enters the heating stage. During the whole heating and sterilization process, it shall be ensured that the autoclave is saturated with steam, and there shall be no residual air to cause uneven thermal distribution and incomplete sterilization. The vent is opened during the whole exhaust, heating and sterilization stages to enable the steam to form convection and ensure temperature uniformity.
The cooling is divided into two stages: micro cooling and full cooling. The purpose of micro cooling is to prevent pressure loss in the kettle and ensure that the product package is not deformed.
Saturated steam is used for sterilization, so the pressure of sterilization kettle completely corresponds to the saturated pressure of steam, which is only applicable to rigid vessels with wide pressure requirements such as iron tank.
The temperature distribution uniformity in the kettle body is+/- 0.5 ℃.
